We had everything we needed. The onsen facilities were a highlight, though the food at the restaurant left something to be desired. It felt a bit overpriced for what was offered.

This hotel was lovely base for exploring Taipei, truly enjoyed it and venue's highly trained and professional staff with many staff members.

The food was quite underwhelming at the so-called "restaurant", and i was disappointed that i couldn't even relax with my book in the courtyard, call that customer service? I expected a room upgrade as compensation for ruining my getaway, but no. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Villa 32 is a culinary delight! The dinner was tasty, and staying on-site for a rejuvenating experience was the perfect cherry on top. Plus, the shared hot springs downstairs were nothing short of very nice-what a lovely way to unwind. And let's not forget that plush Japanese-style room equipped with an outdoor Hinoki tub! Talk about a luxurious vibe.

The only hiccup? Couldn't chill with a book in the courtyard during the afternoon due to some conflicting info from staff-bit of a buzzkill. But honestly, it didn't take away from the overall awesomeness of the stay!

Despite the beautiful setup, the room felt a bit worn, with some elements showing noticeable signs of aging, which might diminish the overall luxury vibe. Restrictions on using the courtyard seating for reading during the afternoon seemed overly strict and contradicted what was previously communicated.

Staying at Villa 32 was pure bliss! The thoughtfully designed room. The on-site restaurant offered an elegant dining experience, complemented by the exquisite local ingredients.

The hot spring facilities offer a relaxing atmosphere with multiple pools. Service staff were attentive but could be more fluent in English. The outdoor private onsen is great too, but the room had a few minor maintenance issues.

Can't recommend highly enough for a city break

With a convenient location just 12 km from the nearest airport, it made exploring the local culinary scene easy and enjoyable.

The breakfast was a feast we couldn't finish, one Western and one Japanese style. The spa was serene with great hot spring pools, super clean facilities and the staff were really attentive, especially Mr Franckie Lau and his team.
